Is this an emergency? PetAcu cannot give veterinary advice and cannot respond to emergencies. If your animal is in severe pain, cannot walk, cannot urinate, is struggling to breathe, has had a seizure or has collapsed, contact a veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately.
Please start your subject line with one of these words so that we can route your message: “Listing”, “Correction”, “Privacy request”, “Partnership” or “General”. We aim to reply within a few business days. Our team is based in China, so replies from the United States and Canada may arrive overnight.
Clinics and practitioners
- Add a clinic: use the listing form on the For Vets page.
- Claim an existing profile: use the “Claim This Listing” button on the profile. Claiming does not by itself mean that a credential has been verified.
- Update or remove a listing: email us from an address connected to the clinic and tell us what to change.
Corrections
If you find a factual error, a wrong phone number or opening hours, or content that you think is unsafe, email us with the page address, what is wrong, and a source if you have one. We review corrections promptly and note significant changes on the page. See our Editorial Policy.
Privacy requests
To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, email us with the subject “Privacy request”. See our Privacy Policy.
