Quick information
About The Corner Vet – Bellaire
The Corner Vet – Bellaire is a veterinary practice in Houston, TX that lists acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, integrative care and pain management for dogs and cats.
The Corner Vet – Bellaire is a Houston veterinary practice in the Meyerland neighborhood that emphasizes combining modern medicine with alternative therapies. The practice is part of the broader Corner Vet brand and offers a wide menu of integrative treatments — including acupuncture, electroacupuncture, Chinese herbs, and food therapy — alongside conventional preventive care, dentistry, dermatology, nutrition, diagnostics, and surgery.
A key differentiator is the practice's use of electroacupuncture — a technique that passes a small electrical current through the acupuncture needles. According to the practice, Electroacupuncture is particularly well-regarded for chronic pain management and is often more effective than needle-only acupuncture for certain conditions.
Note on species: The Bellaire location's public material primarily mentions dogs and cats for small animal care. Earlier research also referenced horses and exotic pets — that may apply to other Corner Vet locations.
